The Box Office is located in the Dort Financial Center Lobby on the left side when using the east doors.
Hours of Operation
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday-Friday: 11am – 5pm
- Saturday-Sunday (Non-Event Day): Closed
- Saturday-Sunday (Event Day): Open at 12pm, or earlier if event is in the morning

- Hockey Games:
- Will call is located past the store in a smaller ticket booth
- Non-Hockey Events:
- Will Call is located at the Box Office.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at the top of sections 4 & 5. Please call the Box Office to purchase those seats.
Accepted Methods of Payment
The Box Office accepts Cash & Card for all ticket purchases. The Box Office and Concessions both accept tap to pay.
Print vs. Mobile Tickets
Print tickets are the default method. Mobile tickets are available upon request.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances.
